THE PROBLEM: CDMO WITH A GLOBAL PRESENCE was assessing the viability of manufacturing a product for a domestic client abroad.  Given the classifications of Animal Supplements, there was uncertainty as to whether it would be possible to import the product given the regulatory classifications.

THE SOLUTION: We identified a supplement trade expert to work with the client to understanding the classification and ingredients of the prospective supplement and determine the viability of importing it from a foreign manufacturing facility.  The findings affirmed the initial fear that the product could not be imported, and advised an alternative strategy to reduce cost. 

INTERNAL REVIEW:  This due diligence effort was crucial for the client to make and informed decision about where to manufacture their supplement product.  The costs of not doing this due diligence could have been astronomical and could have had major launch issues with the supply chain.

THE PROBLEM: CDMO client was interested in strategic expert guidance as they looked at imbalances in their USP water system.  They needed a globally recognized industry expert to be able to assess potential problems from a large scale approach and provide strategic remediation and prevention strategy.

THE SOLUTION:  Our research team scoured the global publications on USP water systems to identify and assess a variety of highly recognized subject matter experts in the space.  Days later the client was on the phone working with their selected expert assessing, analyzing, and strategizing on the best solution for any USP water system imbalances. 

INTERNAL REVIEW:  This strategic consultation provided on-demand access to globally recognized subject matter experts and the client was able to get their questions answered in a few short hours as opposed to trial and error or spending countless weeks/months doing their own research.

THE PROBLEM: Exciting CANNABINOID COMPANY was interested in retaining a highly specialized expert in HPLC to enhance their novel diagnostic testing capabilities. 

THE SOLUTION:  Leveraging our proprietary sourcing techniques, we were able to identify relevant experts that could assist in a "lifeline" engagement model to analyze testing data and provide recommendations. 

INTERNAL REVIEW:  This project is currently ongoing.  The success of this particular engagement was in the sourcing of highly specialized individuals in the medical cannabis industry.  Although this niche was slightly adjacent to our core network, we were able to custom source and provide seamless access to the right experts.
